Hi, I’m Jeannette.

I’ve been doing graphic design on and off for close to 30 years, starting back in the days of DTP. Mostly working for employers, quietly behind the scenes, while the tools – and the world – changed enormously.
I’m also a small business owner, so I know what it costs to build something of your own. Not only in money, but in time. The late nights, working weekends, constantly thinking about the next idea. And holidays? When you’re the business, nobody pays you to take one.
So I understand the person on the other side of the screen.
Small business is personal. Indiginize is too.

A few things you might be wondering about

Not at all. You can come to me with a detailed plan, a half-formed idea or simply, “I know something needs to change.” We’ll work out what makes sense from there.

It depends on what you need, but I understand that small businesses have real budgets. I’ll always look for a practical solution and I won’t try to sell you more than your business actually needs.

Absolutely not. If something is working, we keep it. Sometimes a business needs a complete rethink; sometimes it just needs a good tidy-up and a fresh pair of eyes.

No. If you have them, wonderful. If you don’t, I can help you work out what we need and how best to tell your story. You don’t have to arrive with everything perfectly prepared.

Yes, where it makes sense. AI is an incredibly useful creative tool, but it’s a tool — not the designer. The thinking, decisions, finishing touches and understanding of your business still need a human behind them.

That depends on the size of the site and how much we’re creating from scratch. Once I understand what you need, I’ll give you a realistic timeframe — and keep you in the loop along the way.

Yes. A website going live doesn’t mean you’re suddenly on your own. We can discuss ongoing help, updates, social media, new designs or whatever your business needs as it grows.
